This Pride Apex carbon fork is constructed with an oversized, 3.5mm thick, high quality aluminium steerer tube (7075-T6). A more aggressive design on the APEX fork includes a 100% carbon leg with a 3K Gloss finish where the carbon fibres are visible for a modern race look. 

Steerer tube size is a straight 1-1/8th design which means that this fork will be suitable for a wide range youth frames requiring a 1-1/8 inch steerer. The 10mm dropout is a welcomed feature in a sea of 20mm only options, allowing these forks to be the perfect upgrade for a  complete race bikes when changing out the standard CrMo fork for a carbon one.

Pride are also detailed orientated, identifying what size diameter wheel you can fit in these forks, along with recommended maximum tyre width. A fresh touch that takes the guess work out of tyre compatibility.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This fork must be mounted with the APEX Stem Lock. No warranty will be accepted if the STEM LOCK is not used. The Stem Lock is a safety device.
