⚡ 78 Forged is born from Fantastic 78, a powersports factory rooted in the foothills of Mt. Baldy, Southern California—land shaped by dust, elevation, and generations of dirt bike riders. We’re builders, racers, and lifelong riders. Old-school hands and new blood working side by side, passing down knowledge earned the hard way. Every bike we make carries that lineage—respect for the past, built forward for the next ride.

A 60V electric platform pushing 4.5 kW, sent through an 11/53 gear ratio and 420 chain, delivers strong drive with a top speed up to 45 mph.

Three ride modes let the bike grow with the rider. Mode 1 stays friendly for first rides. Modes 2 and 3 open up more punch as confidence builds—power ready when they are.

Shipping out of state is via flat rate freight for $300. Local delivery within a 25mile Radius for $300 assembled or $200 unassembled. Pickup from either location assembled for an additional $100 or unassembled at no additional cost.

Order processing:
Orders are typically processed within ~24 hours of being placed.

Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 2–4 business days.

Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.

Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and ebikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.

Shipping timelines may vary slightly during peak or holiday seasons, but we always prioritize safe handling and proper packaging to ensure your order arrives in great condition.
