Banksia media, Southern Plains BanksiaThis handsome tree was a very large solitary banksia nestled in the centre of a casuarina grove. The grove existing and growing in a shallow layer of soil in a flat area on the sheet granite at Lillian Stokes rocks in the Frank Hann National Park.
